As a Senior Consultant/Manager in the Performance Improvement Supply Chain & Operations area, you’ll be part of a team that helps our clients in the Private and Public Sectors, supporting their projects to improve operational performance, enhance processes and manage change – particularly in relation to their Supply Chain and Procurement functions.  These varied and challenging roles will see you engaged in projects that will give you experiences to draw upon for the rest of your career. More specifically you will:

  • Assess and deliver exceptional results for our clients, with a key focus on Procurement and Supply Chain operational improvements and efficiencies
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide insights and recommendations on processes and systems and work with clients to deliver operational improvements
  • Support clients with the successful delivery of their organisational transformation programs, leading to a change of state and new delivery mechanisms, services or processes

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Good understanding of the Supply Value Chain
  • Supply Chain management role or experience
  • Procurement experience gained within a large corporate environment
  • A Category Management, Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management role or experience
  • Procure-to-Pay business process knowledge;
  • Supplier negotiations and contract management experience
  • Forecasting, planning and/or MRP experience
  • Participation in business and process improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
  • Hands on cost analysis and review including business case preparation
