Ideally you will have experience working in a professional services environment where you are used to connecting with clients to understand their issues and opportunities for improvement. You will be ‘comfortable being uncomfortable’ co-designing solutions following design and adaptive thinking. You are curious about and may have experience with emerging technology and are able to leverage this to accelerate realisation of outcomes.
 
In your role

  • Contribute to operational and organisational transformations across our clients’ organisations
  • Prepare and input to proposals and other supporting materials in a variety of formats
  • Engage with stakeholders and clients and also across the EY network (in New Zealand and internationally)
  • Package and present overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality deliverables
  • Act as a subject matter resource on one or more services (depending on your experience, interests and education)
  • Conduct analysis and research using EY knowledge resources to rapidly develop client insights

Skills & attributes

  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a collaborative and result-oriented way, as an individual as well as part of a diverse team
  • Able to translate data into clear succinct insights, informed by structured problem solving
  • Willing to go the extra mile to meet and surpass client needs and expectations
  • Advanced written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication ability
  • Strong project and time management ability, able to deliver high quality output against tight deadlines
  • Able to adapt and flex with changing needs

To qualify

  • 3-5 years in a relevant industry/consulting role developing your professional service/analytical experience
  • Willingness and ability to contribute to EY building a better working world
