JMT Scheduler – Global Support Centre

We are now recruiting Live Schedulers for our Job Management Team to join us on our mission to become the world's #1 premium appliance brand.

Our customers love their appliances, and you'll play a pivotal role in getting our expert service technicians out to them at the time of their choice.

 We'll provide a 6-week, on the job training to get you up to speed, as well as further ongoing support and training to set you up for success.

You'll join a passionate and energetic team in our East Tamaki headquarters.

You'll be rostered full-time on a rotational basis within the following pattern,

Flexible start times to provide cover between Monday - Friday 7am-8pm

Once a month required to work a Saturday.

You'll come with:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre role
  • Ability to navigate systems at a fast pace to quickly support our customers
  • Previous experience using Salesforce and click is a bonus!
  • Ability to quickly respond to conflicting priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A passion for and curiosity about great products
