    As Senior Activation Manager reporting to the Marketing Manager – Out of Home you will design creative and innovative Go-To-Market plans to ensure the achievement of our business plan. Solely looking after the beverages category you are working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve world class execution against brand and category strategies. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to sharpen up your customer and shopper marketing skillset in an environment where you will learn from the best and enjoy plenty of autonomy.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Beverages Portfolio Management – optimise and manage the beverages category for the Out of Home and Route channel
  • Build robust shopper understanding for the Out of Home channels via research and insights
  • Own and drive New Product Development (NPD) activation plans and manage the implementation with key customers
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key customers and external suppliers to be able to influence cross functionally
  • Financial Management – understand the beverages portfolio profitability to drive growth, review ROI and manage the A&P spend within agreed budget
  • Provide insights to the sales and marketing plans by understanding the shopper experience

    What you’ll bring and develop

    With a strong knowledge base of shopper and trade marketing expertise you know what the consumer of the future is looking for and how to excite shoppers at the point of sales. You will be a seasoned trade or shopper marketer and are looking for an opportunity to put your skills to the test in a complex and large-scale environment where you can build your networks and shape meaningful relationships.

    Skills and attributes we are looking for:

  • Robust FMCG industry experience – understanding of Out of Home and Route Channel
  • Experience working in a Shopper, Activation, Trade or Customer Marketing position
  • Expertise with implementing shopper marketing initiatives and activation plans
  • Project Management experience – comfortable working cross functionally within a complex and international business
  • Experienced managing large marketing budgets and working in cross functional teams
  • Ability to analyse sales and marketing data and insights and draw recommendations and conclusions from numbers
