Sensory Panellist - Part time - Waitoa

If you have a passion for food, love to try new flavours and you are interested in part time work, then join our team as a Sensory Panellist at our Waitoa plant.

Our edge in the marketplace is our global dairy expertise and our fantastic research and development capability. Critical to this success is our Sensory Panel which has responsibility for the sensory (taste, smell and texture) testing and evaluating the quality of a range of our ingredients and finished products.

This exciting and unusual role will see you work just two hours a day. After a five month initial training period, when you will be required to work from 12.30pm - 2.30pm (Monday to Friday), including school holidays, you will become a member of our Sensory Panel and will be required to work from 9.30am to 11.30am (Monday to Friday). 

Duties

About You:

A great Sensory Panellist needs to have exceptional sensory ability so they can accurately pick up what others can’t. You’ll have great taste buds, have no food allergies or intolerances and be willing to try a range of our products. Other key skills include:

  • Strong communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • An eye for quality
  • Excellent ability to work in a team
