In our Emerson’s Brewery, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Venue Receptionist. This role is highly customer focused and has many stakeholders all with varying requirements.

When you work with us, we’ll give you an experience like no other. In this role you will provide a high-level of reception support, ensuring that everyone who comes into or calls Emerson’s Brewery receives outstanding customer service. You will be required to take and manage bookings for both the venue and the tour and taproom diaries. You will also be supporting the Brewery leadership team and ensure efficient management and administration of facilities and any ordering of supplies for both the team and kitchen.

This role is a part-time contract role, to cover maternity leave, on a 5 day a week basis. You will be required to work around 5 hours per day, however this can be flexible, and could increase during peak periods.
