The Pacific Business Support team are based in Auckland and Sydney and are responsible for the smooth running of the office. 

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the administration side of the business. This includes:

  • SAP invoice and reconciliation processing
  • Expense claim reconciliation for Directors
  • Preparing quotes for the sales team
  • Organising internal company events
  • Support for senior administration
  • Admin support to the Qual team - focus groups and indepths
  • Admin support for other areas of the business

Necessary skills and character:

  • Passionate about helping our internal clients
  • Extremely thorough, responsible and dependable
  • A mature outlook
  • Initiative
  • Highly organised
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (Google apps, SAP, Concur)
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
