Performance Reporting Analyst

This is exciting opportunity will see you delivering the Consumer channels sales reporting, analytics, insights & targeting to support effective decision-making in driving the achievement of Consumer channel productivity and cost efficiency targets.
What will I be doing?

  • Deliver timely, accurate and insightful channel Performance Reporting (daily, weekly & monthly) to ensure optimal decision making on trading activities by confidently communicating key trends and observations.
  • Work cross functionally with Finance, Consumer Segments, and Customer Operations channel heads to ensure appropriate financial and non-financial Targets (relative to plan) are cascaded and managed across Consumer channels.
  • Own development of data visualisation reporting capabilities, implementation & delivery of Productivity Analytics & Insights that drive ongoing productivity improvements within, and across the mix of Vodafone’s Consumer channels.
  • Support the ongoing assessment of channel return on investment which contribute to Consumer Channels strategy & recommend changes to channel arrangements to improve Vodafone overall distribution ROI and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of financial and non-financial performance insights which will allow the development and implementation of effective commercial arrangements.

 What will I bring?

  • Previous experience in a similar analytical or reporting role.
  • Previous experience in data gathering, manipulation and analysis with the ability to organise and interpret large volumes of data from multiple systems and various sources.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with proven ability to make rapid assessments and synthesise large volumes of data to key issues and a highly inquisitive mind to pursue the reason for the issues identified.
  • Previous exposure to a sales or commercial environments would be desirable. 
  • Flexibility, resilience, comfortable with ambiguity and ability to cope under pressure.
