About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with the Tech Area Lead to define and implement a roadmap for integration and business automation experience for ANZ
  • Create and lead efficient high performing technical teams and develop skilled technology resources.
  • Lead the on-going maturity of the Build and Run process following agile methodologies.
  • Be accountable for the integrity and health of the platform and the delivery of platform features for our business tribes and on-going projects.
  • Establish and strengthen working relationships with business representatives and other technical teams.
  • Ensure your team has a model in place for continuous improvement and foster a culture of empowerment.
  • Foster collaboration, trust and a supportive team environment through guidance, support and coaching.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • You are a skilled team leader, with previous people leadership experience.
  • You will be committed to addressing the barriers to your team’s success, clearly communicating their work to all stakeholders and ensuring the big picture stays in focus while delving into the details on specific issues.
  • You have a technical background and can contribute to the strategy regarding the future of the platform
  • You also have an up to date knowledge of evolving integration and automation practices within the market and the sector.
  • You’ll be able to elucidate the benefits and drawbacks of particular approaches, considering the skillset of your team and the needs and direction of the organisation.
