Relationship Services Manager

  • Assist the Commercial Frontline in maintaining customer relationships

About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers on their day-to-day requirements
  • Work alongside the Relationship Managers aligned to sets of customers
  • Act as a control point for the business and a gate keep of policy and procedure

This is a fixed-term employment for 4 months, based at our Auckland office.
About you
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 

  • Relevant banking experience and tertiary qualification
  • A good understanding of financial analysis
  • Experience with standard MS suite and banking systems
  • Proven customer service experience, including the ability to negotiate and influence customers
  • Exposure to lending would be highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Exceptional business acumen
