Settlement Officer

About The Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure contract documentation supporting Credit Approval
  • Provide guidance on Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Due Diligence in respect to each of the legal obligations
  • Ensure compliance with multiple pieces of Risk legislation
  • Work with external clients by telephone and email to communicate contract and approval irregularities
  • Be mentored by your Settlements Manager

Role Location – Newmarket
Role Type – Permanent, full-time

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven knowledge of Legislation and Securities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Background in credit process and policy
  • Excellent time management skills
