Service Performance Leader


The role

As the Service Performance Leader for Transdev, you will be a true representative of the TOC Mission Statement. People are at the centre of everything we do in Transdev, and our Service Performance Leaders will ensure that our TOC staff know that they are supported in being the best they can be.

Your Responsibilities will include

As a lead decision maker within TOC, you will work on a 24/7 shift roster, ensuring the provision for a safe journey for all of our Auckland Rail Network passengers. You will be responsible to lead the team, ensuring that all frontline staff feel supported, valued and fully competent to perform in their roles.

As the Service Performance Leader for Transdev Auckland, you will always act in a way consistent with achieving the goals of right-time-starts, punctuality and reliability of service. You will actively contribute to the development of new ideas and processes to improve the performance.

You will have            

  • Knowledge of all safe working procedures relevant to the operation of trains within Transdev Auckland network.
  • Demonstrate rail operating experience
  • Hold and maintain the Rail Medical Category 2 standard
  • Experienced in leading teams and building Trust and engagement
  • Experience and understanding of “Just Culture” and the recognition and value of a “no blame” work environment.
