Business Process Improvement Specialist

About the role
This role is about improving the customer experience. By understanding, mapping and challenging our current processes around how we deliver our services and present information to our customers, you can directly influence improvements.   As a result of your insight, you will need to design and manage a number of processes, systems and information platform change projects. This role is instrumental in articulating the requirements for exciting business improvement initiatives and seeing these opportunities through to successful implementation.  You will achieve this through your collaborative approach to identifying opportunities, your investigative problem-solving techniques, and your ability to engage and manage stakeholders to deliver the changes.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can bring a combination of business analysis skills, innovation, and great stakeholder engagement techniques to the role. This is an interesting and busy role requiring high quality documentation and output whilst working on multiple projects at one time.

The following skills and attributes will help make you successful in this role-

  • Successful track record of identifying and driving process improvements
  • Some formal business analysis/process mapping training to produce visual process maps
  • Skilled at gathering business requirements and documentation at both a high and detailed level
  • Excellent relationship building skills and confidence to engage at all levels
  • Excellent grasp of technology – think self-service!

Experience working in an electrical, industrial or infrastructure type environment would be of benefit.
