About the role
This role is all about working with our customers and service providers, to coordinate the delivery of customer projectsThese are for our larger gas and electricity connection projects, and our customers are primarily commercial and industrial property owners, and property developers. This is a great role which has a unique mix of project coordination, contract management and stakeholder management. The role is responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects initiated by our customers. This is all achieved while delivering an excellent customer experience.


Who we are looking for
Your strengths will be in coordination and customer service, with the drive to work with others to get the job done. To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Good attention to detail and a proven ability to work in a busy environment to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a contracting or project environment would be ideal
  • Knowledge of the energy industry or experience in a construction/industrial/ technical environment
  • Contributes to creating a positive, high performing team environment.

 

Customer and stakeholder engagement is large part of this role and so you must have a real desire to meet customer needs in a way that ensures they enjoy working with you.

Experience working in an infrastructure or idustrial type environment would be of benefit.
