About the Role

We are looking for a Field Support Manager to support our Field Operations teams and to ensure all field activities within the NZ business is carried out in a safe manner. It is a busy and dynamic role where your main focus is to ensure the highest levels of health and safety are embedded in operational practice, whilst managing retailer and Field Service relationships.

Key to the success of this role will be also be someone who can effectively oversee and provide strong leadership to support the staff and business to achieve   the following –

  • All aspects of the day to day Health and Safety activities
  • Build relationships with customers in regard to HSE, Compliance and Governance and be seen as a thought leader in these areas
  • Work closely with Field service providers internally and externally to ensure compliance with regulations and compliance, Work with all areas of the business and play an active part in the continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all regulatory obligations are met and all relevant processes and practices are in place.  

 

Who are we looking for

You bring 10+ years professional experience within a similar role with sound knowledge of operational activities, policies and processes.  You’re outcome focussed with strong deliverable ethics, and commercial savvy. Your ability to pick up processes, technical information and manage the compliance, regulatory space is crucial. You are an experienced people leader skilled at leading, motivating and developing people. You can communicate with clarity & effectively across all levels within the organisation
