About the role

This role will govern a significant portion of AMS’ day to day metering operations.  You will be responsible for instilling a culture of continuous improvement and process efficiency to ensure AMS exceeds our customer SLAs and is the most efficient provider in Australasia.  You’ll drive service data delivery, remote fleet management and business intelligence across both markets. You’ll lead deployment in Australia.  You will manage the AMS IT programme & prioritisation to deliver service innovation.  You’ll act as the AMS business owner for the metering IT platforms (run by Vector Digital), with responsibility to monitor and optimising the costs to maintain and scale the platform.

Who we are looking for?

You’ll have significant experience at C-suite level in the international high-tech industry with a proven track-record of successful management of profit centres & business units in large international organisations. You’ll have demonstrated capability in transformation, continuous improvement & process optimisation and bring with you your experience in managing large teams spanning multiple jurisdictions. Put into play your best practice project management & lean six sigma disciplines for large digital projects, ideally brought from your exposure to manufacturing & production within competitive environments.
