Senior Service Product Manager

About the role

In this role, you will support the AMS Group - Service Product Manager and drive the development and implementation of new and novel services to grow AMS revenue. You’ll do this by focusing on developing a deep understanding of our customers’ current and future requirements, how they consume our services and where improvements can be made. You’ll work alongside the sales, business development and account management team to further plan, assess impact and feasibility, sell, mobilize and deliver improved new services to the market. You’ll help transform the end to end experiences that we deliver to our customers, maximising our brand, and create a product advantage to win market share and deliver the growth numbers.

Who we are looking for

Resilience and the ability to work at pace is essential in our business.  You bring 10+ years professional experience with exposure to a sales environment. You have proven track record of success and growing market share, Service ideation and innovation in Utilities and other markets. Your sound knowledge of commercial activities, product design and development processes will come in handy. You’re resilient, tenacious with customer passion, market share aspirations and are driven by delivering customer experiences that drive successful financial outcomes.
