Account Management Specialist - Auckland

As an Accounts Management Specialist you will lead the non-frontline collections and debt recovery activity through the investigation and processing of customer and Vodafone requests. You will proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement across the collections and debt recovery process.


What Will I be Doing?
- Initiating and optimizing end to end manual processes across collections
- Phone cover support for collections/recoveries teams as and when required
- Constantly assessing opportunities and tactical proposals for cost reduction and improved efficiency’s
- Deactivate connections/products following the completion of collection action
- Liaise with internal stakeholders as required to progress action and resolve issues
- Daily management of collections service queues
- Worklist reporting
- Management of the Collections E-mail boxes
- Daily management of service requests and complaint reports
- Support Collections functions with detailed reconciliations
- Effectively manage time, tools and applications in order to achieve KPI’s

- Self-motivated and a team player
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Takes initiative, can work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate Excel skills and reporting experience would be desirable
