This exciting opportunity will see lead and grow the Vodafone broadband business, increasing Vodafone’s customers, revenues and profit margin.   Delivered by developing then implementing leading proposition and marketing strategies to compliment the overall delivery of the Consumer broadband strategy.   This role will see you actively drive our Agile way of working, as well as be a key conduit across the business, leading cross functional business initiatives.  The broadband P&L is critical to the wider Consumer performance, and its growth is paramount to Vodafone’s success.  As a business owner you will be accountable for supporting the development of our strategy to deliver the overall P&L. 
 
What will I be doing?

  • Deliver commercial results (customers, revenue, EBITDA) for the Consumer Broadband businesses by driving operational performance and accountability across the business.
  • Develop and deliver a strategy for the Consumer broadband, and an annual plan that is aligned to the Consumer Business Unit (CBU) strategy.
  • Design and lead delivery of marketing plans to drive and prioritise organisational resources around campaigns, propositions, product, service delivery and market partnerships.
  • Design and lead rigorous execution of high value customer acquisition, retention and base management programmes and activities.
  • Work alongside the broadband Trading Team to deliver end to end business results
