This exciting opportunity will see you acting as a key support to the Prepay Portfolio Manager, to lead and grow the Vodafone Prepay business, increasing Vodafone’s revenues and profit margin by owning the execution of leading proposition and marketing strategies to compliment the overall delivery of the Consumer Mobile and Consumer strategy. The Prepay P&L is critical to the wider Consumer Mobile performance, and its growth paramount to Vodafone’s success.  As a business owner you will be accountable for the overall profit and loss.
 
What will I be doing?

  • Deliver commercial results (Revenue, EBITDA) for the Consumer Mobile Prepay businesses by driving operational performance and accountability across the business.
  • Deliver the strategy for the Consumer Mobile Prepay segment and an Annual Plan that is aligned to the Consumer Business Unit (CBU) strategy.
  • Design and lead delivery of marketing plan initiatives to deliver to the Annual Plan, by providing clear prioritisation around campaign resourcing, propositions, product and service delivery and market partnerships.
  • Design and lead rigorous execution of quality customer acquisition, and retention (CVM) activities through strong Squad and cross functional business alignment.

What will I bring?

  • Commercial acumen and proven ability to drive improved commercial outcomes
  • Previous experience in segment and proposition marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems, analytical, get things done and achieve results in a constantly changing environment
  • Delivery of fast paced trading offers to maintain market momentum
  • Drive strategies through to implementation to achieve results in a fast paced environment 
  • A strong customer focus and passion
  • Experience in Agile environments would be highly regarded
