Customer Care Representative - Enterprise

Our small team of technical experts are seeking Customer Care Representatives who are passionate about the support they provide our high value business customers. Your experience at tier 1.5 or 2 level will ensure you are able to hit the ground running and have the ability to identify appropriate service solutions. At Vodafone, the customer experience is the focal point of what we do, making your communication and interpersonal skills imperative to delivering our vision.


What will I be doing?

  • To resolve customer queries as required and contribute to Vodafone’s unmatched customer experience across all customer segments
  • Respond and trouble shoot all customer interactions via any channel, and identify appropriate service solutions, in an efficient and timely manner
  • Make a positive impression with the customer through every interaction

What will I bring?

  • Tier 1.5 or 2 level technical experience in the telecommunications or similar industry 
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in business customer service
  • Responds constructively to change
  • Able to adhere to Vodafone processes and contributes to process improvements
  • Use knowledge of products, technology, processes and systems to solve problems that impact our customers

The hours in the role are 7.30pm - 7.30am, based on a roster of 4 nights on and 4 nights off. For the first 2 weeks you will be required to work during the day for your initial induction and training.


Due to the secure nature of this role you will be required to be eligible for a Government Security clearance, and must be a NZ citizen or Permanent Resident and must not have lived outside of NZ, Australia, UK or Canada for more than 3 months within the last 5 years.
