Desk Based Account Manager - Wellington

We are looking for customer obsessed account managers to successfully build, manage and retain a portfolio of customers.


What will I be doing?
•Grow revenue by cross-selling and upselling a Vodafone solution that meets the customer needs
•Retain customers within assigned portfolio by building customer relationships
•Track own performance against sales and customer experience targets, aiming to over-achieve, and modifying approach when necessary
•As the primary Vodafone contact, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by:
oListening and engaging with customers
oTaking ownership and accountability for all customer requests
oFollowing through consistently on commitments made
•Looking to progress your career within Vodafone


What will I bring?
•Previous experience in ICT industry, with knowledge of fixed-mobile integration and solutions preferred
•Previous experience in a B2B sales role an advantage
•Ability to successfully listen and engage with customers to build win-win relationships
•Proven track record of meeting or over achieving targets, delivering exceptional customer experience by anticipating objections, and delivering win-wins
•High professional standards, especially written and verbal communication
•A self-learner with an interested in industry trends and relevant technologies
•MS Office Skills
