This exciting opportunity will see you manage, leverage, and expand the digital proactive insights and reporting area to provide timely, accurate, and actionable information. You will consult and support stakeholders within Consumer and Enterprise Business Units and the wider business, enhancing the performance of the digital channels in terms of customer satisfaction, engagement, self-service and sales. You’ll support business case development, benefit tracking and commercial-driven decision-making.
