This exciting opportunity will see you manage, leverage, and expand the digital proactive insights and reporting area to provide timely, accurate, and actionable information.  You will consult and support stakeholders within Consumer and Enterprise Business Units and the wider business, enhancing the performance of the digital channels in terms of customer satisfaction, engagement, self-service and sales.  You’ll support business case development, benefit tracking and commercial-driven decision-making.
 
What will I be doing?

  • Define and manage development of customer and channel insights for strategy planning and PIR of initiatives
  • Define and implement continuous multi-variant testing and personalisation of user experiences and in-channel campaigns with recommendations for optimisation
  • Stakeholder management to consult, educate and inform internal customers, explaining reports, insights and working with Agile development teams to implement
  • Digital analytics governance & reporting including support of digital planning / business case development
  • Lead digital analytic projects to enable more data driven decisioning and personalised experiences for our customers

 What will I bring?

  • A background in digital.
  • Subject matter expertise in web analytics and optimisation.
  • A strong background in statistical and business analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.

Technical skills

  • Web analytics platforms, e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics. SAS, EDW
  • A/B testing and personalisation solutions, e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target
  • Advanced analysis using Excel and effective presentation using Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
