Regional Sales Manager Northern

Role purpose: Strategic and operational leadership of Northern Region Business Development Managers and Account Managers within the Corporate segment. To deliver a best in class end-to-end experience for Vodafone NZ customers and to proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement.


What Will I be Doing?
• Responsible for leading/developing Account Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve Corporate acquisition target for allocated region
• Responsible for leading/developing Account Managers s to achieve Corporate  retention, revenue and NPS targets for allocated region
• Responsible for ensuring channel accreditation status is achieved/maintained within allocated region (i.e., role certification and staff churn targets met)
• Overall Sales Management of your region inclusive of meeting targets for region

• Report and promptly address health and safety incidents or accidents
• Proactively support the return to work management of staff who suffer an incapacity
• Know and follow the Vodafone Absolute Rules at all times
• Support consultation and communication relating to health, safety and wellbeing

What Will I bring?
• Sales team leadership and management including indirect team members
• Corporate sales, complex deals, preferably within the Telco or IT sector
• Ability to operate at an executive level, engage with senior management and close deals
• Knowledgeable and commercial awareness of the NZ Corporate sector and the market place
• Great written and verbal communication skills
