As the Full-time Retail Service Representative based in our Cuba Street Store you will use your technical knowledge and understanding of our products and services to take a different approach to the customer experience. Being an expert in the team you will support and educate customers with the set-up and use of their device, diagnose faulty devices and also help to upskill the team on any technical knowledge gaps. We put customers at the heart of everything we do and are looking for a like-minded person to join our team.

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week on a rostered basis, includes weekends and late nights.
