This exciting opportunity will see you lead the strategic direction for the Loyalty program while managing key partnerships across Movies, Arts and Third Party rewards. You’ll also have the opportunity to negotiate and foster any new partnership to deliver to objectives of brand engagement / Loyalty category. It will see you defining the overall Loyalty strategic direction and delivery approach, deliver engagement propositions with 360° GTM team across the business. You’ll be responsible for optimising budget and investment across your portfolio for improved ROI. In addition you’ll help optimise the digital experience for customers building on data-driven customer insights.
