Senior Brand Engagement Lead

This exciting opportunity will see you lead the strategic direction for the Loyalty program while managing key  partnerships across Movies, Arts and Third Party rewards. You’ll also have the opportunity to negotiate and foster any new partnership to deliver to objectives of brand engagement / Loyalty category. It will see you defining the overall Loyalty strategic direction and delivery approach, deliver engagement propositions with 360° GTM team across the business. You’ll be responsible for optimising budget and investment across your portfolio for improved ROI.  In addition you’ll help optimise the digital experience for customers building on data-driven customer insights.
What will I be doing?
Lead management and delivery of Loyalty program, including:

  • Developing brand engagement strategy across loyalty category. Create and agree with manager overall approach and annual plan.
  • Create proposition and investment case. Design detailed proposition and proposition elements. Scope, cost, and agree investment case with segment leadership. Agree critical success factors and measures
  • Lead 360° GTM execution
  • Deliver performance – financial budgets and customer KPIs
  • Manage and assist with wider Loyalty category and Business portfolio of sponsorship and partner contracts.

What will I bring?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Communications
  • Demonstrable previous experience in Marcom/sponsorship/engagement programs - TTL implementation with agency partners at senior level.
  • Solid understanding of CVM and Marketing Automation discipline
  • Experience with digital delivery, and developing user experiences and websites
  • Superior presentation skills to articulate communication strategies and concepts towards senior management
  • Excellent & proven project management skills
  • Previous People management experience
