About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Provide quality personalised financial advice to customers with Life Insurance needs
  • Provide excellent service appropriate to the value of the customer relationship
  • Actively manage Life Insurance lapses across your business
  • Represent Wealth as the 'Champion' and support Retail capability with coaching on wealth products
  • Work to develop best practice sales management activities
  • Share knowledge and support other team members and business unit front line staff to achieve performance objectives

Role location: Hamilton
Role type: 14 month Fixed Term opportunity, Full-time

About you
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • NZ Certificate in Financial Services level 5 (or the previous National Certificate in Financial Services level 5) is preferred but not essential
  • A robust knowledge of the requirements for FMA compliant sales conversations and processes for Insurance
  • Excellent knowledge of the Insurance industry
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills – the ability to work with people at all levels
  • Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
  • A Growth mind-set
