You'll be the first point of contact for our customers that bank with us face-to-face. Quick-thinking and solutions-focussed, you'll provide a refreshing and positive experience. You'll join a great team who know how to have fun as well as work hard.
Casual as required.
This is a casual position on an 'as required basis' so you may be called into the branch to cover a staff member who is sick, or for longer periods of time to cover busy periods of work to meet our customers' needs. Because it is important to be available when our customers need us, we ask that you are available to cover branches in the region as well as available to work occasional full time to cover periods of leave.

Customer service is your game, and you're ready to take it to the next level. You are a self-starter, with great communication skills and no job is too big or small. You have a can-do attitude, a smart approach to problem-solving, and a knack for uncovering your customers' unexpressed needs.
