Our Customer Banking Consultants serve as our voice, and ensure our customers get what they need, so our customers can focus on the things that really matter. For that reason, we search for only the best people, who are willing to take that responsibility seriously. In return, we believe in providing a great work experience for our Customer Banking Consultants.

 

For this role, you’ll be providing each customer with an incredible customer experience, helping them manage their day to day transaction accounts, personal loans, credit cards, home loans and other Westpac banking products and services.

What do I need?

First and foremost, we want someone at Westpac who legitimately cares about helping people. Often, you are dealing with our customers at challenging times in their lives, and we need someone who is willing to accept that and who takes pride in helping our customers through those situations, in the most professional way possible. We want someone who takes the time to listen and understand our customers’ story.

You will have:

  • Financial/Banking experience
  • An understanding of consumer and home lending (preferable)
  • The ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience
  • A passion for creating magic for our customers, in a responsible manner
  • A genuine desire to help others
