What is the role like?
We have engineering, delivery and support organised into cross-functional squads, each including a Scrum Master. Leadership is mixed, with Release Train Managers primarily leading delivery and Practice Managers primarily leading the people.
Deep people care is the primary purpose of the Practice Manager, focused on individual people from various squads. This includes personal coaching, wellbeing, growth, and career development. Additionally creating the right environment and culture, recruitment and on-boarding, various administrative tasks, and supporting those who lead the delivery of quality outcomes to our customers.
