Software Product Owner - ITSM

 About the role:

You will be responsible for defining, prioritising, and refining backlogs for software products/platforms and maintain the integrity of the product if developed by multiple squads by being across all work prioritised across every squad. This will be done through providing a clear vision for change to an agile development squad in order to continuously deliver new functionality. This will include making decisions around backlog item prioritisation, ensuring a customer focus is maintained, and executing high-quality change at pace.  You will also need to maintain a flexible and open mind to create and adapt processes, techniques and technologies to improve productivity and quality.

What do we need from you? 

  • 3+ years Product Owner/Manager experience.
  • Credit Management/Analytics experience is a must.
  • Agile methodology experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience with developing/managing credit workflow applications is preferred.
  • Banking, financial, or corporate experience is preferred,
  • Highly-developed analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Builds effective relationships and assimilates information quickly.
  • Shows appetite and capacity for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Driven to deliver with a proven ability to create the best possible results for the organisation and shows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this.
  • Ability to define priorities and understand key stakeholder needs.
  • Creates a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making.
