Creating innovative leadership teams who succeed through diversity of thought and reflect the diversity of our people. For example, we are working on initiatives to create diverse leadership groups.
- Leading and inspiring
Great leaders and great leadership are part of the way we do things around here. We want our staff to be inspired and managed effectively. As one of New Zealand's financial leaders we focus on leadership excellence at every level of the organisation, and support our leaders in building high performance teams.
Our leaders know what is expected of them. A comprehensive leadership learning curriculum and our leadership talent programmes make sure we are growing and supporting future leaders. We partner with international institutions on our leadership programmes and work closely with the ANZ brands to implement our global leadership capability strategy.
