It's easy to register your interest today - for current or future bnz jobs. We've outlined the registration and job application process below, together with some useful interview tips to help you prepare for a positive interview experience.

How to register your interest

1. To apply for a current job

First time applicants, when you apply for a BNZ job online - you'll be taken to a quick registration web form. Here you'll create a unique user account on BNZ Careers secure and private applicant platform. You'll be required to upload your resume, and select your desired location, salary range, experience level and role type you're looking for etc. You can access your user account at anytime to update your profile details and resume, and track your job application status online. Allow 5 minutes for this registration process.

Once you've registered it's quick & easy to apply for a BNZ job. The process involves completing a few job related questions to help support your application.

You'll only go through this two-step process once. If you apply for any additional BNZ jobs in the future, simply click on the job's Apply Now button, login to your account and complete the application form.

2. To receive future job alerts

You can register now to be amongst the first to hear about future BNZ job opportunities. The registration is the same, where you'll be taken to a quick registration web form to create a unique user account on BNZ Careers secure and private applicant platform. While registering, you'll be asked to select the job categories you'd like to hear about. You can access your user account at anytime to update your profile details or unsubscribe from job alerts.

Application Process

Once you've applied for a BNZ job online, you'll receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please take note of the job's close date, as this will give you an indication when to next hear from BNZ. This provides the BNZ consultant time to review all applications against the specific job criteria requirements. Application to interview stage
  1. You will be notified within 1-2 weeks of job closing, if you are successful to next stage, or unsuccessful.
  2. If selected to progress to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a phone-based interview. This is an opportunity for you to talk through in more detail your relevant skills and experience, and to learn more about the job and working for BNZ. From here, the Hiring Manager will select a shortlist of candidates to meet face to face.
  3. If you're shortlisted, the next stage in the process is a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager. Your consultant will talk you through the process in more detail, at this stage.

After the interview

If we feel you may be right for the role, we'll move on to reference checking and other background checks.

If this all goes well, we'll offer you the job. Once you accept we'll agree on a starting date and your BNZ career will be under way!
