Eva

Eva is passionate about developing people and supporting them to grow and succeed. It wasn't long after Eva joined BNZ 15 years ago that she was encouraged to apply for a leadership role. And it's that same passion for leading from the front that has seen Eva manage some of BNZ's most successful stores and win two distinguished Chevron awards for Leadership and Customer.

When Eva joined BNZ it was the flexible hours that appealed to her as a new mum and now, as the Assistant Store Manager at BNZ's flagship store, it's "the culture, the opportunities we provide our people, we pay our people well, and provide the empowerment to do what they want to do" that keeps Eva so energised.

In BNZ's Retail stores, everyday's different. Each day Eva comes to work with a mindset centred around a desire to be successful by making a difference - a difference with her team by coaching and developing them, and by providing superior service to her customers, which is what she believes differentiates BNZ from others. Eva has a great track record of developing her team and seeing them move into leadership roles of their own – today many are leaders across BNZ. This is what Eva is most proud of and how she measures her own success.
