Study Scholarship Programme

  • We offer financial and other assistance for team members to participate in the Bachelor of Retail and Business Management Degree offered by Massey University. All permanent team members are eligible to apply to the company for a scholarship that will pay your course costs to study this degree full or part time.

Family Violence is Not OK

Family Violence is Not OK provides permanent team members with up to 10 days’ paid leave in any calendar year for medical appointments, legal proceedings & other activities related to domestic violence.

Parental Support

Be There: For Partners

  • Be There: For Partners provides up to 5 days of paid leave for the arrival of a new child. It is intended for those new parents who are not taking parental leave, and applies to both births and adoptions.

Ease Back to Work

  • Ease Back to Work is a phased return-to-work option from parental leave. For the first 4 weeks back at work, you will be able to work for 4 days and get paid for 5.

Annual leave keeps value after parental leave

  • Accrued annual leave retains 100% of its value for those who return to work after their parental leave. This means your will get annual leave for your time on parental leave at the same dollar rate as when you were working.
