Business Analyst - Motoring Services

With a member base of 1.7 million, customer or member experience is highly important and a priority. You will have a proactive approach and take on one of our core values "we solve it". Here we are curious, we solve complex problems and we are thinking ahead as the market changes. With automation we need to focus on the digital journey.

What will a typical day look like? You could be doing the following:

  • Working with a number of stakeholders like Information Technology, Digital & Analytics and our own Marketing and Sales team.
  • Capturing user requirements, journeys and stories (story telling).
  • Deep driving into the member experience looking at UI and UX
  • Analytics of products and pricing
  • SDLC and upskilling the team Agile ways of working

To be successful you will have terrific communication skills and the desire to learn fast and while optimising our digital solutions to benefit the Motoring Services business.
