Customer Service Representative - AA Smartfuel

With over 2.5 million registered cardholders, AA Smartfuel is New Zealand's leading fuel rewards programme. Through the AA Smartfuel programme, cardholders are able to earn substantial fuel savings by shopping at any of the 1400 participating retailers. Over the past 12 months, AA Smartfuel cardholders have earned over $560 million in fuel savings.

The AA Smartfuel operations team are the engine room behind the successful AA Smartfuel programme. We provide support to cardholder, retailers, service stations, AA Outlets and Contact Centres as well as managing the IT systems which tie it all together.                                                                                                                               

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced customer service person seeking to apply their exceptional phone based customer service, administration, communication and computer skills to undertake this key support role.

Working closely with other Operations support roles, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all phone based enquiries relating to AA Smartfuel
  • Receiving and responding to all email queries for AA Smartfuel
  • Processing AA Smartfuel retailer contracts and manual registration forms
  • Providing first line support for NZAA call centres and divisions regarding AA Smartfuel queries and questions as well as providing phone based support to AA Smartfuel retailers
  • Your experience in customer service, combined with your proven administration and strong written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy will be critical to your success in this role.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and a flexible approach will also be essential.

The role is based in Takapuna and the hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
