Customer Service Representative - Full Time


We currently have a full time opportunity for Customer Service Representative working80 hours per fortnight in our Contact Centre. This is a long-term permanent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual.

  • Immediate start
  • 4 weeks full time paid training
  • Penrose or North Shore location
  • Potential to go home based
  • Upon agreement, roster hours can range between 6 am to 11 PM, across 7 days.

Our Contact Centre is a crucial part of the services AA offers, orchestrating roadside assistance and peace of mind for New Zealand road users every day.

It is an important facet of one of the most iconic kiwi brands. You will be the voice of the company handling inbound calls regarding various products and services.

As a supportive and actively involved team player you will contribute ideas to continually improve our customer experience, directly assist in mobilising our members; creating solutions, sharing expertise and thinking quickly to keep New Zealand moving.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 'can do' attitude and calm nature
  • Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills
  • Strong organisational and computer skills
  • Drive and energy to give the best customer service
