The Membership and Brand team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our award winning and talented marketing and Member Care team.

As the Senior Marketing Manager - Membership and Brand you'll play a key role in executing strategies and initiatives to grow our brand and our Membership base, while also supporting marketing for the AA's joint venture businesses.

The Role

Our team's aim is to provide excellent service, guidance and value to our Members. With many new Member benefits and products launched over recent years, the AA is enjoying record growth as we pursue our vision of making AA Membership truly indispensable. With rapidly changing consumer needs we need to ensure we continue to deliver value and a compelling Membership proposition. This is where your experience with business planning, change innovation and management will be highly valued.

In this role, you will work across Membership product, the AA's brand strategy and the Membership business and marketing strategy, while also being hands on with distribution channels to drive sales.

You will oversee Member experience initiatives, Member lifecycle communications and digital platform improvements.

You'll provide support and leadership to a highly motivated team of five direct reports plus a wider team of marketers and customer service representatives. This role reports to the General Manager of Membership and Brand who will help you achieve your professional development goals.

We are looking for someone that can grow and develop our ambitious team. You will be the driving force to lead a culture of working collaboratively. We have a number of AA businesses and joint ventures and your role will be to ensure that AA's vision, goals and values are aligned.

Your Experience

We are seeking someone who has a track record of success in marketing, brand, loyalty and product management, with over ten years' experience in Marketing and at least three of those years in a leadership role. We will be embracing new technology and challenges so we want you to speak your mind, have innovative ideas to apply and also an eye on best practice.

Given our complex business structure, your ability to communicate across stakeholder groups and suppliers is a must.
