The Role

This newly created position is the first we have offering you the opportunity to join the AA Home team supporting the Commercial Manager.

Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Sales and Marketing administration support
  • Stakeholder management - provide accurate and efficient customer service to internal and external customers by assisting and advising in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day phone calls and emails to resolve customer and supplier queries

Your strong administration and customer service skills will be called on daily along with your ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly.

With strong problem solving and communication skills you will be able to impart knowledge clearly and concisely providing optimum support to our service delivery channels.
