About The Role

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Look after a portfolio catering to agri clients
  • Manage an active and effective campaign increasing cross sales to existing customers
  • Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies
  • Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer’s industry and associated markets
  • Work collaboratively and support other internal work functions, stakeholders, and product partners
  • Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues

Role Location: Ashburton

Role Type: Permanent, full-time opportunity

 

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Background or experience within the agri/rural sector
  • Experience in relationship management and managing an agri portfolio
  • Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen is preferred but not essential
  • Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends is preferred but not essential
  • Prior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role/customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Experience in the banking industry is advantageous, but not a requirement
