About The Role

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Establish and grow profitable relationships within a defined portfolio
  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of your customer’s business to support proactive solutions to meet their current and future needs and business objectives
  • Actively promote value add material, workshops, and specialists (internal and external) to customers
  • Commit to the development and growth of a customer portfolio whilst maintaining effective relationships with many existing long term clients
  • Enhance C&A’s profile in the marketplace through networking and demonstrating our point of difference
  • Work collaboratively with various teams within Commercial and Agri and across the wider bank to support your customers’ growth and ongoing success
  • Provide excellent customer service to develop strong relationships and networks

Role location: Te Awamutu

Role type: 12 month fixed term contract

 

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Previous successful experience in a commercial environment
  • Confident networking skills to enhance customer relationships, and maximise and grow portfolios
  • The ability to act decisively without complete information
  • Proficiency in evaluating financial accounts, budget and cash-flow
  • Excellent solution selling capability
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A growth mind-set
