Communications Manager

Lead the ANZ internal Commercial and Agri communications within our newly created team, delivering innovative change, capability and communication initiatives!


About The Role

In this role, you will be able to:

  • Support Commercial & Agri’s delivery of business purpose, vision and strategy
  • Develop the Communication Strategy to engage, inform  and excite people about what we do
  • Provide effective and timely communication planning across a range of initiatives
  • Provide quality, actionable communication advice to senior stakeholders
  • Manage C&A’s internal communications channels to deliver on C&A’s communication strategies, change programmes and knowledge-management objectives.
  • Deliver business-critical information effectively to C&A

Role Location: Auckland or Wellington

Role Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Standard hours, with flexibility available!

 

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Internal Communications and Change Management experience with advanced writing, language and organisational skills
  • Ability to produce, consult and implement internal communications plans and strategies
  • Understanding of business and ability to interpret strategy into actionable communication activities
  • Ability to make sound and timely decisions and demonstrate reliability and calmness in high-pressure situations
  • Written communications reflect strong understanding of ANZ’s business and the market
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to drive behaviour change in the business via superb communication
