Performance Reporting Analyst


  • Deliver accurate and timely attribution, performance and risk analysis
  • Provide insights and feedback into the investment decision making process

About The Role

In this role, you would have the opportunity to: 

  • Provide accurate and timely performance, risk, and attribution reporting
  • Enact the release of afore-mentioned data through verbal, written and visual means
  • Develop new (and enhance existing) performance/ attribution/risk reporting tools through the transition to FactSet platform
  • Respond to a range of ad-hoc data requests
  • Assist senior managers with research requirements
  • Join a collaborative team where continual CFA development and career progression is fostered and supported
  • Maintain relationships with internal customers (Portfolio Managers, Private Bank, Product, Registry, Unit Pricing etc.) and external customers – (Research houses/consultants, external fund managers, custodians etc.)

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to self-monitor and capture errors
  • A passion and genuine interest in Financial Markets and instruments, demonstrating a reasonable level of knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills (preferably including intermediate VBA)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably CFA Charter Holder or studying towards the qualification
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work with others or autonomously
