About the role:
As the Planning & Transformation Manager, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Deliver transformative change for analytics & customer engagement, to create value for the bank through data.
  • Increase the value derived from ANZ's data through improved business intelligence and customer engagement contact programmes.
  • Increase the ability of the Analytics team to provide the business with actionable insights and business performance reporting to support data-driven decisions.
  • Deliver increased productivity through automation, deployment of tools and improved processes.
  • Increase the ability of the bank to use data to communicate with customers in compelling ways, improving customer experience.
  • Partner with Technology teams in developing capabilities for delivery.
  • Prepare the business cases and influence stakeholders to drive change.

About you:
To be successful in this role you will bring the following: 

  • Experience in the field of data is required.
  • Proven experience delivering a data or technology project, change or transformation programme with success, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • The ability to translate complex and technical concepts and to write compelling business cases for senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
