Product Manager - Everyday Banking & Visa Debit

About The Role
ANZ’s Everyday Banking & Visa Debit product team strives to make great day-to-day transactional banking experiences possible for personal customers who use their accounts, overdrafts and debit cards.
 

As a Product Manager in this team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop data-driven strategies and initiatives to drive portfolio growth, simplification and customer engagement
  • Execute initiatives that improve pricing, positioning and digital capability
  • Own the end-to-end everyday banking customer experience
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors and partners
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Everyday Banking & Visa Debit products on key committees, customer resolution and/or change projects

What will you bring to this role?

  • Product management experience is highly desirable
  • Proven record of sound decision making backed by solid reasoning
  • Experience in bringing together people from across the value chain to deliver business change, considering multiple perspectives and competing priorities
  • Experience identifying and managing internal and external risks
  • Ability to translate insights to initiatives and then execute to deliver value
  • Finely tuned communication skills, with solid experience in messaging complex information to all levels of stakeholders
  • Financial services, telecommunications or other regulated industry experience will be highly regarded
