About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience through quality interactions  that meet customers’ financial transaction needs at the first point of contact
  • Identify whether any other needs are required which are then referred off to the appropriate sales channel
  • Undertake cash management requirements in an accurate and efficient manner in line with bank process and policy requirements
  • Identify and minimise fraud through consistent and detailed monitoring
  • Take responsibility to know your customers from a risk perspective

Role Location: Manukau   
Role type: 12-month fixed term part-time opportunity (27.5 hours per week)

ANZ’s Retail and Business Banking unit is made up of our extensive branch network, Contact Centres, Business Banking team, and Broker and Mobile mortgage manager units. Our frontline teams are supported by our Products, Digital Channels, Sales & Service Performance, Merchant Business Solutions, Risk and Customer Insights teams. We’re working really hard as a business unit towards our two goals – to get to number one in customer service and number one in customer growth.

About You
