About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:
 

  • Hold responsibility for driving the adoption of a modern operating model, using DevOps, Scrum techniques and thinking with an Agile mind-set.
  • Own the employee technology experience.  Take feedback, analyse and derive insights that generate actions leading to improvements for employees.
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team responsible for employee engagement and insights.
  • Drive a culture of ruthless prioritisation; delivering value to our employees rapidly.
  • Manage all engagement with our employees where it relates to technology and the employee experience.
  • Be the owner of delivering continuous delivery improvement within the employee engagement team.
  • Be the custodian of “customer-centric” thinking.

 
 
Role Location: Wellington
Role Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Standard with business hours with plenty of flexibility
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to partner and collaborate with technology teams.
  • Familiarity with end-user enablement and collaboration platforms such as ServiceNow (Tech Connect), Office 365, MS Teams, or Slack.
  • Background as an Agile Practitioner/Coach, Scrum Master, Business Analyst or Organisational Change Manager.
  • Extensive practical experience in Agile, Scrum, DevOps frameworks.
  • Aptitude to influence and help transition individuals into the above frameworks.
  • Excellent problem solving capability with the desire to keep the customer’s needs at the forefront.
  • Coaching and influencing experience and skill.
