The Role
We are seeking an amazing Accounts Payable Adviser to join our finance team based in the heart of our venues in Britomart on a Fixed-Term Basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for processing supplier invoices across a number of Savor Group venues on a daily basis.
This role requires a passionate individual, whose attention to detail is matched by their ability to engage with key stakeholders in the business.
This role is available as a fixed-term position from now until November.
What we're looking for
- Experience with Xero is essential
- Sound knowledge and understanding of invoice processing and payment functions
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Well organised and able to plan ahead, ensuring a wider team is aligned to processes and timelines
- Ability to deliver to demanding deadlines to achieve month end, latest estimate and budget reporting actions per the relevant timetable
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced commercial environment, managing multiple tasks and reacting to changing priorities
- Experience in the Hospitality/Hotels industry would be ideal but not necessary.
