Digital Content Specialist

The Digital team of futurists and innovators are focussed on a continuous process of designing, building, adapting, optimising and activating scalable product and service propositions to drive profitable growth. What you’ll do

  • Maximising and continually improving the Contact customer’s digital experience.
  • Improving site traffic, engagement, customer acquisition, conversion.
  • Working closely with the Digital Channel team, contributing to the development and execution of digital marketing and optimisation initiatives to support business strategies.
  • Managing the digital content plan.
  • Shaping content across all digital channels to maximise our opportunities and ensure all is relevant, fresh and effective.
  • Developing and delivering effective digital content taking into consideration form, function, language and design as well as best in class SEO tactics
  • Proof reading and customising content as necessary
  • Contributing to the performance of the team by assisting in other areas as required

Able to challenge the status quo and ‘leapfrog’ the category from today to tomorrow. Futurists and market innovators who leverage strategy, marketing and insights to design, develop, build opportunities for new markets, products, partners and services.

  • Able to package and promote propositions, products and services to outperform market trends and growth
  • The type of experience you’ll bring to the role
  • Previous experience as a digital content specialist or related role.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with content management systems, web standards, SEM, SEO, Analytics and social media platforms.
  • Strong digital content creation and outreach skills.
  • Experience in driving content strategy to ensure best practice and customer outcomes.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, hands-on approach coupled with excellent organisation and time management skills.
